I was always the kid running around with my mom's little 110 film camera, taking pictures of everything from the time I was in elementary school. Not much has changed over the years! Right out of college, I went to work for the Orange County Register, learning to shoot quickly, effectively, and unobtrusively in situations where there are no second chances.
Photography was (and is) the center of my universe, and, eager to learn more, I sought the company of other photographers. I was lucky enough to meet--and begin working with--some amazing wedding photographers, and from that moment on, I knew that's what I wanted to do.
I love weddings and portraits because I get to experience some of the most vivid moments in a person's life right along with them; and as I go through the images later, I get to relive those moments, just as my clients will for many years.
