Santa Monica Pier Photographer ~ Billi and Kurtis ~ The Engagement

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

For lack of a better word, Brian and I were just inspired by Billi and Kurtis. They’re super sharp, witty, and just good people to be around. Within a few blocks we had hundreds of photos and had a wonderful time with the two of them all over the Third Street Promenade. It was really, really hard to narrow down the photos for this entry.

Annenberg Community Beach House Photographer ~ Santa Monica Family Reunion

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

Sometimes, I get to photograph the coolest occasions: Weddings, Engagements, Parties…and “Just Because.” That’s what Harold and Leah did; instead of an engagement party, they threw one just because they wanted to…I LOVE THAT. As a bonus for me, it was held at the new Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica. Not only do you get stunning ocean views, but your guests get a private tour of the Marion Davies Guest House…an absolute must stop. And, if a tall, older gentleman stops, and asks if you’d like to hear the story of William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies…say yes; it’s worth the stop.

Santa Monica Engagement Photography ~ Albert and Alex

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

I had so much fun with Albert and Alex shooting their Santa Monica Pier engagement session. They were so funny, so up for anything (including getting their adorable outfits and perfect hair wet and sandy) and their session made me even MORE excited for their upcoming wedding!

St. Monica’s Church Wedding ~ Jessica and Milton

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

Where do I start with your wedding? I loved everything about it; the emotion the two of you were not shy about showing everyone around you, especially during your ceremony at St. Monica’s how your main priorities were photos of your family; especially grandma and grandpa, how you gave Brian and I lots of time at the beach for photos of the two of you (to all future brides, pretty please give us this much time-you won’t regret it, really!!!), your awesome reception at Dukes (bubbles! loved it!)…it was a perfect day. It was sooooo hard to narrow down photos for the blog but here are some of my favorites. They’ll be on their way to you very soon. Thank you for everything, you two. We really appreciated your ideas and your trust in us.
