Inn of the Seventh Ray Wedding ~ Eric and Len

Tuesday, February 27th, 2018

I met Eric and Len about a month before their celebration at Inn Of The Seventh Ray Weddings. The evening was perfect and absolutely flew by for us; so I can’t imagine how quickly it went for them. The best thing about working with artists is that there’s never a need to explain why a photo needs to be done in certain light-they knew what I was going to say before I could even finish the sentence! :-) Also, as an added bonus, Holly and the staff at the Inn were amazing to work with! We truly loved being a part of such a special evening!

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Wedding ~ Erica and Hernan

Tuesday, February 27th, 2018

I have a very soft spot for intimate weddings. Brian and I had one here, and one where he’s from. And as a photographer, there’s something so meaningful about being a part of such a close-knit celebration. Erica and Hernan also appealed to the type-A personality that I have a teeny wee bit of :-) They set a perfect timeline, were actively involved in selecting just the perfect spot for photos (Brand Library & Art Center) after their beautiful ceremony at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Hollywood and their itinerary was organizational gold for me. Their wedding day was made perfect by a reception at Redbird at Cathedral of Saint Vibiana. (and a special thanks to the team there for giving us access to some stunning spots)! Erica and Hernan, thank you for having me as a part of such a romantic, and personal celebration!

Point Magu Wedding ~ Janelle and Alex

Thursday, February 8th, 2018

Look at their gorgeous furbaby’s tuxedo!!! I love everything about this wedding. Janelle and Alex wanted a camp site gathering of their closest friends and family. It was such an awesome sight to walk into their reception and see the entrance way surrounded by tents (including their own perfectly accented one). We started with a wonderful first look at Leo Carrillo Beach followed by a beautiful ceremony and reception at Point Magu State Park. And Alex and Janelle did something I wish all of my couples could factor into their timeline-they dedicated almost a whole hour for photos of just the two of them. At the beach. At sunset. And I think it was totally worth it-it gave them some time to themselves on a fast moving day and more memories for a lifetime.

Altadena Wedding ~ Jordan and Charles

Thursday, February 8th, 2018

I met Jordan at a bridal show at the Queen Mary awhile back. When we met later to talk about her wedding I was so excited at the possibility of working with her and Charles! And when we did our venue walkthough a few months later I wanted to move into that private home she was using for her wedding. The home had an underground vault, private hair salon, and a stunning reception and ceremony site (check out that night time photo). Jordan, her mom, her wonderful bridal party, and the team at the home did an incredible job designing her wedding-Brian and I could’ve spent all day on just the details!!
